Swimming Instruction

It is a condition of this insurance that a lifeguard is present during all swimming classes carried out by the insured. If the insured is a qualified lifeguard they cannot fulfil this role.
This shall not apply if the lesson is one to one with the Instructor.

All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
