Exclusion of Injury Cover to Class Participants

This policy excludes all claims for injury where there is direct physical contact between one class participant and another class participant in the course of the exercise/fitness/training session.

It is also a condition precedent to liability that the Insured ensures a health screening form is completed by each class participant prior to the class participant undertaking any exercise/fitness/training session.

All other terms conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
