This certificate of insurance excludes any claims arising from the use of Moxibustion directly onto the skin.

This policy excludes all cover in respect of wet cupping.

This certificate of insurance excludes any claims arising from Gua Sha, Cupping and Plum Blossom Needling when the client has not signed and dated a consent form, which contains information relating to the treatment.

All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
