First Aid Instruction

Cover hereunder is in respect of Training only. It is a condition precedent to the right to be indemnified under this Policy that the Insured must – i. be formally trained and qualified to practice and must at all times work within their own individual competency; ii. work in accordance with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council guidelines; and iii. be formally approved by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council to undertake First Aid Training. Cover hereunder excludes any Loss and/or defence costs and expenses arising from and/or relating to any 3rd party training materials used without consent. All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this Policy remain unaltered.
