Online Supervision

The Insured needs to make sure that there can be no breach of confidentiality, either written or verbal, their service contract needs to be clear that they are based in Ireland and that any claims will fall under Irish jurisdiction. By using skype they can be contacted by those outside of Ireland. Anything that is specifically related to the internet is excluded so the policy would exclude any allegations of for example a virus or failure of equipment. Records of the sessions must be maintained and Data Protection Laws must be adhered to. All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
