Working at Heights Instructor

Cover hereunder is in respect of Training only. It is a condition precedent to liability that the Insured must be formally trained to an appropriate level for the services they provide, that are insured hereunder. Furthermore, it is a condition precedent to the right to be indemnified under this Policy that the Insured must include a disclaimer to state that the Training does not negate the duty of Employers to provide information, instruction and training to enable Training attendees to carry out their work safely. Cover hereunder excludes any Loss and/or defense costs and expenses arising from and/or relating to, caused by or contributed to by Manual Work at Heights. All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this Policy remain unaltered.
