Skin Peels

It is a a condition precedent to the right to be indemnified under this insurance that the relevant manufacturers lifestyle and consent form is completed, signed and dated and retained on record. It is a further a condition precedent to the right to be indemnified under this that written aftercare advice is given and the client has signed and dated to confirmed having been received by the client.

Cover hereunder excludes any claims whereby the training protocols have not been followed.

All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this policy remain unaltered.
