Phlebotomy

It is a condition precedent to the right to be indemnified under this Policy that the Insured must be formally trained and qualified to practice and must at all times work within their own individual competency. Activities included are blood pressure checks, Afib, BMI and taking of blood samples. Cover hereunder excludes any Loss and/or defense costs and expenses arising from and/or relating to any specific medical advice and/or assessment/diagnosis, medical or otherwise. All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this Policy remain unaltered.
