The policy excludes claims arising from or relating to the treatment of anyone with a diagnosed medical condition unless the prior written consent of the GP is obtained. In circumstances where the Insured is aware of the patient showing symptoms of a medical condition a referral to the patients GP must be made prior to treatment by the Insured.

All other terms clauses and conditions remain of the policy unaltered.
