Cover hereunder excludes any Loss and/or defence costs and expenses arising from and/or relating to, caused by or contributed to by: a) any sexual harassment and/or sexual molestation and/or sexual and/or racial discrimination. b) any deliberate or wilful misconduct. c) any dishonest, fraudulent or criminal act or omission of the Insured and/or any employee of the Insured. d) the performance of the Insured’s Activities whilst the Insured or any employee of the Insured is under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics. It is a condition precedent to liability that the Insured must be formally trained to an appropriate level for the services they provide, that are insured hereunder. All other terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations in this Policy remain unaltered.
